1_point the camera at yourself and set it to auto-timelapse (intervalometer every 1sec), or make a video (you need to record it, otherwise your friend won’t believe you, right?)
2_ Set the jack on a stable point, and make sure it’s at the “ground level”.
3_Find your body balance on top of it. One good tip it’s to grab the lever-arm, hold a few secs and breathe.
4_Move the lever up and down to raise yourself about 1 feet off the ground. When you get there, stop, breathe again.
5_Lower yourself back by turning left the screw located on the back of the jack.
6_Upload your video on youtube and share. Congratz, you did it!
